Return Policy

Returns Policy: 15 day Return Period

Mountain Song Collective wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a 15 day return period on all items.

  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FINAL SALE ITEMS OR HATS

  • Items must be in 100% resalable condition

  • Return time frame starts from original ship date

  • Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale and online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our retail/outlet locations

  • Prepaid USPS label is only offered to US customers. This offer excludes orders being shipped from certain US territories, Yukon territory and International orders

  • Mountain Song Collective is not responsible for hats that fit too big or too small and will not allow returns on hats.


Instructions for Sending Your Return Back to Mountain Song Collective

  1. Please send us an email that includes your order number and name.

  2. Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.

  3. Please print the shipping label. Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest USPS. Remember to keep your tracking number!

  4. Please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued.

  5. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

Shipping Policy

Shipments days are Monday through Friday. This does not include national holidays.

  • All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Once items are shipped. tracking will be sent via email to the email provided at checkout.

  • Many of our items are pre-order or made to order items. Please allow up to 6 weeks on certain items to ship.

  • Tracking numbers are provided by email to the same email address used at checkout

  • Mountain Song Collective is not responsible for packages that have incorrect, incomplete or insufficient addresses, phone numbers or emails provided to us by the customer during checkout. If a package is returned because of the above stated, the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping.

  • Mountain Song Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You must file a claim with the U.S. Postal Service directly.

  • Packages marked “Return to Sender” will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
